Burnham is still one of the best brands.  A quality boiler can cost double what a cheaply made one costs.   I am guessing it is hot water, not steam.   How many btu&#039;s?    Be sure and get a condensing type for best efficiency and direct vent ability, as your old flue probably has problems. Also get the outdoor reset option, and don&#039;t settle for anything other than full modulation.  Most installers are tied into 1 or 2 brands, so check the Mfg. website for installers in your area. The Burnham Alpine has one of the best warranties on the market.  Read the articles under the Homeowner tab for more help on replacing boilers.
