My boiler has packed up working and I know that nobody will fix it as its a million years old. I’ve applied for a Warmfront grant (i do receive 2 of the benefits on their list) and I just wondered if I am awarded a grant can I use thins aswell as claim the 400pounds from the government on their new boiler scrappage scheme?

you are only entitled for the scrappage on a working boiler not a broken down one
If you are over 60 your boiler does not have to be working. The above question I am sure has a valid answer but the scheme is very complicated so I would suggest a call to Warm Front may be benificial.It may also vary with what benifits you get.
